Crunchy Beef
1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 tsp celery salt
5 cups sliced celery 1/2 tsp salt
1 can sliced water chestnuts 1/2 cup cold water
2 Tblsp soy sauce 1 Tblsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp onion salt 1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento
Cook and stir ground beef in Dutch oven over medium heat until light brown; drain. Stir in celery, water chestnuts, soy sauce and seasonings. Cook until celery is crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Mix water and cornstarch; stir into beef mixture. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in pimiento. 5-6 servings.
