Sweet Lemon Spareribs
3 lbs ribs 4 cloves garlic
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate 3/4 prepared barbecue sauce
Cut ribs into sections of 1 or 2 ribs. Place in large pot and cover with water.Add cloves and bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.Drain and discard garlic. Combine lemonade and barbecue sauce and pourover ribs. Marinate 8 hours or overnight, turning often. Grill on medium-hotcoals or bake in a 375 degree oven 35-45 minutes, turning occasionally.
