Barbequed Thai Chicken
8 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 tsp salt
3 Tblsp soy sauce 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tsp Five spice powder 1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tsp hot chili flakes 2 whole boneless chicken breasts
1 Tblsp brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator. Grill chicken over low heat about 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade.
