Caribbean Chicken Wings
3 lbs chicken wings, separated 1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup melted butter 1/3 cu molasses
1 1/4 cups fine dry bread crumbs 1 Tblsp lemon juice
1 (14 oz) can pineapple chunks 1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup ketchup 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Roll wings in butter, then crumbs to coat. Place in a 13"x9" baking dish in a single layer. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees F. Drain pineapple; reserve juice and add water to make 3/4 cup liquid. Combie liquid with other ingredients except pineapple and pour over wings. Bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender. Add pineapple chunks during last 5 minutes.
