Lemon Garlic Pasta
1 lb fettucine 5 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tblsp lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/3 cup oil Salt and fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook fettucine as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile, heat oil and minced garlic over low heat. Do not allow to boil or allow the garlic to brown. Add parsley and lemon juiceand heat through. Place pasta in a large bowl and pour garlic-oil over top and toss to coat. Add Parmesan cheese and lots of salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
