Pineapple Cake
2 eggs 2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups flour
One - 20 oz. can pinapple with juice 1 C. pecans
Combine eggs and sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in 91/2 X 13" cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting
One 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar
Combine all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
