Broccoli Casserole
1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup onions, chopped
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped 1 cup minute rice
1 cup velveeta cheese 3/4 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 egg
Simmer celery, onions, and broccoli in margarine until soft. Combine and mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degree's for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4
