2 lb. bag of hash browns, thawed | 2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 cups sour cream | 1 can cream of mushroom soup |
2/3 cup onion, chopped | 2/3 cup melted butter |
3/4 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp pepper |
2 cups bread crumbs | |
stir together the hash browns, shredded cheese, sour cream, soup, onions, 1/2 meted butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a large baking Dish. Mix rest of melted butter with the bread crumbs and sprinkle mixture on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. |
