Preheat waffle iron as manufacturer directs. Pour corn-muffin mix into a bowl. Add egg, milk, and oil. Beat with rotary beater, until smooth. Bake in preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden brown. Serve topped with store bought or homemade vegetarian chili |
